Training and Compliance Lead – Holden Grange Care Group
Salary: £26,000 per year (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
Location: Based in Baildon, with travel required across our 4 care homes in Baildon, Bradford and Ilkley. Own transport is essential.

Holden Grange Care Group is a well-established provider of high-quality residential and nursing care. We are committed to ensuring our staff have the skills, confidence, and knowledge to deliver the best possible care to our residents. We are now looking for a proactive and organised 'Training and Compliance Lead' to join our team and take the lead on staff training and development across the group.
Role Overview
As Training and Compliance Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all staff training. You will deliver some short in-house courses and also liaise with existing training providers while sourcing new, high-quality training solutions where needed. Your work will ensure compliance with Skills for Care requirements and help us continue to provide exceptional standards of care. Your will also be responsible for policy delivery and work with the registered Managers to embed and implement the policies and standards of the homes.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, deliver, and evaluate staff training across the group.
· Deliver in-house training sessions on core topics.
· Liaise with existing training providers and identify new ones.
· Ensure all training is compliant with Skills for Care standards.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
· Work with managers to assess training needs and support staff development.
· Use digital systems to track, monitor, and report on compliance.
About You
· Experience in a social care environment.
· Knowledge of Skills for Care frameworks.
· Confident in delivering training and engaging with staff at all levels.
· Computer literate, with strong organisational skills.
· Flexible and able to travel between sites (own transport required).
· Passionate about training, staff development, and improving care outcomes.
