Position: Personal Assistant with Legal Experience
Responsible to: CEO and Founder
Purpose of Position
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Directors will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, with a particular focus on legal administration. This role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full PA support to Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and manage confidential legal, personal and business documents.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
* Maintain legal files and records, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
* Support with project administration and key deadlines.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Any other duties for the needs of the business.
* Deal with telephone calls accordingly.
Skills and Competencies Required:
* Strong legal administration knowledge and experience handling legal documentation.
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all written work.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: GCSE's in English and Mathematics grade C or equivalent and above.
One of the following would be ideal, but not essential:
* Legal Secretaries Diploma.
* Legal Administration or paralegal qualification.
* CILEx/ILSPA Courses.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar legal support role.
* Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.

Pay: £25,396.80-£26,000.00 per year
