Job description:
RINA, a 160-year-old global engineering consultancy, serves multiple industries and specializes in delivering world-class e-Learning and engineering solutions. Our Digital Multimedia Division supports all consulting businesses by providing digitally enhanced virtual training solutions. Due to growth, we seek an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Digital and Multimedia business unit to enhance our e-learning capabilities.

The role can be based in Chippenham (Wiltshire) or Leatherhead (Surrey), with hybrid working options, so proximity to the offices is not essential.
Responsibilities
1. Design and develop multimedia content, including graphic design and interactive e-learning materials.
2. Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement of bespoke e-learning and blended training solutions.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and training consultants across projects to deliver high-quality graphic solutions for clients.
4. Work within small teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks within projects.
Profile description:
Experience required
* Preferably educated to degree level in arts or a creative discipline.
* At least three years of commercial experience in 2D graphic design or multimedia development, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Captivate, etc.
* Strong experience with Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record in typography and visual storytelling.
* Photography and/or video skills, including image capture, editing, and digital optimization, are desirable.
* Experience with motion graphics or 3D modeling using Blender or Unity is desirable.
* Must be a British citizen, with Security Clearance or willing to undergo security vetting.
