Ideal Candidate:
* Proficiency in Coins software is essential.
* Administrative support experience.
* Experience in the housing sector (useful, not essential).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Duties include:
* Supporting the site management team with administrative tasks.
* Liaising with the build and on-site team.
* Taking weekly updates on the coins system.
* Organising meetings and booking rooms.
* Inducting new starters on the site.
* Supporting with document control on the project.
* Ordering supplies for site and managing deliveries.
