Role Overview
A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior to join its Commercial Real Estate team, based in Swindon. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer who thrives on delivering exceptional client service and playing an active role in business growth.
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload, handle a wide range of commercial property matters, and work closely with the Head of Department to help shape and deliver the firm’s business plan. Candidate Profile
1. Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
2. Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload within a Real Estate or Commercial Property team.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
4. A track record of successful business development and winning new work.
5. Confident decision-maker, able to advise clients autonomously while collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues.
6. Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
7. Commercial awareness and sector knowledge to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
