Humly is working in partnership with a secondary school in Blackburn with Darwen to recruit a Behaviour Pastoral Manager for a full-time position, supporting pupils with behaviour, engagement and pastoral needs across the school.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00, and would suit an experienced pastoral or behaviour professional who is confident working within a secondary setting and committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ wellbeing and conduct.
The role plays a key part in promoting positive behaviour, supporting pupils at risk of disengagement, and working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders to implement effective strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with behaviour, attendance and engagement

Managing and responding to behaviour incidents across the school

Providing targeted pastoral support and mentoring

Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders

Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and personal development

Pay Structure

From £16.41 per hour
