We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Operations Manager to lead and develop a critical function within a growing, forward-thinking professional services firm. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage a small team, and drive secure, efficient, and future-focused technology solutions aligned to business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and security * Manage Microsoft Azure, M365, and hybrid environments * Own IT budgets, suppliers, and contracts * Drive cybersecurity (including Cyber Essentials Plus) and risk management * Oversee service delivery, 2nd/3rd line support, and ITSM processes * Support and develop a small IT team * Deliver improvements across systems, reporting, and workflows About You: * Strong hands-on technical background (Microsoft stack, infrastructure, security) * Experience in professional services (legal preferred) * Proven team leadership and supplier management experience * Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT best practice Experience with case management systems (P4W), Power BI, and automation tools is advantageous...
