We're looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join our Fresh Operations team. You'll take ownership for outstanding availability to our customers in designated product categories, whilst delivering against stock and waste targets to minimise cash impacts to the business. The successful candidate will actively participate in running and improving the business team. Together, we tackle business challenges, enhance our performance and unlock the true potential of our data to drive forward the supply chain function. This role is fast paced and you'll be at the heart of decision making, using data and influence to make improvement and change! Some of your responsibilities will include: Owning end to end product, data and performance for their categories and customers Owning the escalations at the right time where opportunities/risks arise in regards to product flow Leading the category availability of product flow measures within the business team Developing strong collaborative relationships with the full Business Team who work on the category to agree the optimum levels of products to meet customer demand Actively managing supplier base and negotiating with suppliers on service performance Improving availability all the way through the end to end supply chain from supplier to shelf edge (group) Reviewing promotional performance and stock targets on a weekly basis and agree actions with trading to limit impact to inventory levels or wastage at store This role will be based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Additionally, we're embracing hybrid working, providing the flexibility of up to two days working from home.
