We’re working with a fast‑growing business in Liverpool to hire a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator. If you love organisation, people, and creating great candidate experiences, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
* Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: adverts, screening, interviews & feedback
* Be the first point of contact for all candidates
* Partner with hiring managers to shape effective hiring processes
* Own onboarding: contracts, compliance, IT setup & day‑one experience
* Maintain accurate ATS/HR data
* Support employer brand and wider people projects
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent support
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
* Positive, people‑focused approach
* ATS/HRIS experience is a bonus
