Scheduler/Planner - Property services/Social Housing \n\nHousing Repairs & Maintenance\n\nOur client, a local authority based in Basildon, we are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler/Planner to join their office support team. My client currently carry out day to day repairs and maintenance to over 7500 properties and have a fast paced, busy office environment.\n\nJob Purpose;\n\nAnswering customer calls/email s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works\nTo allocate jobs to suitable operatives within allocated areas\nGeneral administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required\nOrganise & manage operatives diaries\nDeal with tenant issues and complaints in a professional and friendly way\nCandidate Specification;\n\nThe candidate must have experience working in a fast paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
