We are seeking an End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect to play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our HR and Payroll system. If you have a strong background in system architecture and a passion for driving transformative change, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with project stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, crafting holistic end-to-end solutions that align with project objectives and architectural standards. Offering guidance on technology choices and integration strategies, you will actively support the implementation team in translating your architectural designs into practical solutions. Your role encompasses staying abreast of emerging technologies, leading architecture reviews, and actively contributing to best practices, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving transformative change while ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
* Proven experience as an E2E Solution Architect in HRIS implementations, showcasing expertise in HR system implementations.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with a proven ability to balance technical considerations with business needs.
* Extensive understanding of the end-to-end functional HR business processes including audit requirements and processes.
* Proficient in configuring Core HR and creating workflows.
* Ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Professional knowledge of HR as operations and understand organisational resources, priorities, needs and policies, and objectives in leading edge or critical situations.
* Excellent design and architecture skills and experience of agile delivery methods.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Design end-to-end solutions for HRIS and Payroll system.
* Ensure alignment with project goals and architectural standards.
* Provide guidance on technology choices and integration strategies.
* Support the implementation team in translating architectural designs into reality.
* Lead architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the proposed solutions meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the designed solutions.
* Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes on existing systems and develop strategies for seamless integration.
* Conduct regular assessments of technology trends and advancements relevant to HR systems architecture.
* Work closely with security teams to ensure that architectural designs comply with security and compliance requirements.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate architectural insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
