We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager to join our Children in our Care Service, within one of our Thrive teams (ages 16-25) to play a key role in shaping the future of our support for young people. As one of our Team Managers, you will lead and manage the Senior Young Person’s Adviser along with a team of Social Workers and Young Person’s Advisers, providing guidance, support, and professional development. You will work closely with the Head of Service to ensure casework remains on track and staff have the resources they need. You will attend meetings with young people and external partners when required, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs met, whilst driving service development by implementing new processes and updating guidance to improve outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure children and care leavers receive the best possible support. You will be a qualified Social Worker with strong leadership skills, possessing experience of managing teams and supporting staff development. You will be passionate about improving services for children and care leavers and be able to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.
