WorkwithYorkshire are looking for a Private Client Assistant. Our client has a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a growing Legal firm working within the wills and probate team.
This is a permanent Full-time position working 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday from their office based in Malton.
Competitive pay rate available.
Duties include;
Providing high levels of administrative support to Legal Advisors.
Preparing correspondence and documents which could include audio and copy typing.
Appointment setting and diary management.
Preparing invoices and accounts documentation.
Maintaining and preparing file reviews.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a Legal environment.
Working knowledge of IT systems.
Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries and accurate data input.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Experience in Audio and copy typing desirable.
