The Role: Administration Officer
As our Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our day-to-day business runs smoothly. You will support a variety of departments, interact with colleagues across all levels, and contribute to projects that drive our company's success. Your work will be varied, engaging, and impactful.
Main Responsibilities
· Managing correspondence—including emails, phone calls, and mail—with professionalism and discretion
· Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for teams and executives
· Maintaining and updating company records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible
· Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
· Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and leave management
· Assisting with procurement and inventory control for office supplies and equipment
· Liaising with clients, vendors, and service providers to facilitate smooth business operations
· Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards in all administrative tasks
· Actively participating in process improvement initiatives
· Providing general support to team members as needed
What We're Looking For
We seek an organised and proactive Administration Officer who brings energy, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
