Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Van Sales Manager. Located in either Dunstable, Reading or West Thurrock, the Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing the van sales sector for the East, monitoring market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
* Experience in management of LCV van sales, client relations, and customer service
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software
