CCTV Manager - Drainage & Wastewater
Location: East Sussex or Essex office available
Salary: Competitive salary and package, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Responsibilities
* Managing and leading CCTV drainage survey teams across utilities, highways and commercial projects
* Overseeing day-to-day operations, workload planning and survey scheduling
* Ensuring CCTV surveys and reports meet required technical and client standards
* Reviewing and maintaining the quality and accuracy of survey reports
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety policies, procedures and industry best practice
* Acting as a point of contact for clients and liaising closely with internal operational teams
* Supporting team performance, development and ongoing training where required
Requirements
* Previous management or supervisory experience within CCTV drainage surveying
* Proven experience overseeing CCTV survey teams and field operations
* Strong understanding of drainage CCTV surveying standards and reporting
* A valid UK driving licence
* OS19X and/or OS21X certification (desirable)
* Experience working across utilities, highways and commercial drainage projects (desirable)
* Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
