Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the housing sector? We're looking for a Senior Sales and Leasehold Manager to join us on a
12-month fixed term contract (Maternity cover).
You'll lead the operational delivery of our affordable home ownership, market sale, resales, and leasehold services - of circa 60 million per annum.
Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a full-time position working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working. There may be some occasional travel required to our Basingstoke office.

Here's The Facts About The Role
As Senior Sales and Leasehold Manager, you'll be leading the end-to-end sales process for shared ownership, private sale, right to buy/acquire, and leasehold transactions. Overseeing leasehold services such as staircasing, lease extensions, remortgages, and equity transfers. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards, including Homes England and Section 106 agreements.
You'll be joining an experienced team, used to selling 500+ new build homes across Hampshire, per annum. Whereby all sales are to occur within 20 days from handover.
You'll drive commercial growth through innovative home ownership products and market insight and promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence. Championing risk management and embedding a proactive, customer-focused approach across all operations.
The Senior Sales and Leasehold Manager will have a successful track record in sales and marketing of new homes with a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy. You'll have an excellent understanding of housing markets, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements and be a strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset. You'll also need experience in lease extensions and right to buy. Ideally, you'll have experience selling sp2 homes.
