4. Process orders accurately and ensure timely communication with clients.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
7. Monitor and track order statuses to provide timely updates to customers.
8. Assist in preparing reports related to customer service activities.
9. Identify and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Specialist should have:
11. Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
12. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
