Role Purpose
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will work across multiple brands within the Group, creating standout visuals that elevate our customer experience, support our marketing efforts, and drive brand consistency. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team where your creative ideas can have a direct impact on our fast-growing, consumer-facing brands.
Location: Greater Manchester (mainly on site based)
Competitive Compensation: Up to £32,000
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photographs that align with our brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Design engaging visual content for social media, email marketing, and websites.
Support the execution of visual content strategies, including planning and scheduling shoots.
Ensure all digital assets are optimised for various platforms and devices.
Create visual elements for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and organise the digital asset library.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure visual content aligns with brand style and tone of voice.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to keep designs fresh and innovative.
About You:
Is Highly Creative: A strong attention to detail with confidence in independently composing images.
Is Proficient: Skilled in Capture One and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
Photography Experience: Previous experience in photography would be very useful.
️ Communicates Well: Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manages Time Effectively: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
