Position Description
This role is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and ongoing development of enterprise infrastructure services across servers, networks, storage, datacentres, and workplace environments. The position provides both technical and people leadership while overseeing complex, multi-domain infrastructure projects from design through to go-live.
You will work closely with vendors, telecom providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure resilient connectivity, effective disaster recovery, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities also include capacity planning, budget management, and aligning infrastructure capabilities with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
6. Manage delivery and support of infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and datacentres
7. Perform capacity planning aligned to business needs
8. Provide technical guidance on networking and third-party connectivity
9. Lead infrastructure teams across project delivery and BAU support
10. Deliver complex, multi-domain projects end-to-end
11. Manage vendors and service providers, including telecom partners
12. Oversee infrastructure budgets and drive cost optimisation
13. Lead disaster recovery planning and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
14. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
15. Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and datacentre environments
16. Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, managing teams, budgets, and disaster recovery planning
17. Strong networking and security knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Layer 2/3)
18. experience with enterprise firewall/security technologies
19. Understanding of NAT and complex network configurations
20. Strong project and team management skills in technical environments
21. Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
22. Strong stakeholder communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language
23. Fluent in written and spoken English
