What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, fulfilment or outbound environment
* Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to deliver high performance
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good understanding of warehouse processes and system usage
* Calm, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
