Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours, with occasional weekend or out‑of‑hour work to meet business needs. The successful candidate may be expected to join an on‑call rota.
Participate in the maintenance, monitoring, implementation, and decommission of IT systems, including servers, storage, and hardware; provide professional support and knowledge of Teleperformance systems to internal business units and clients. Submit recommendations for system improvements, including security, and help maintain the optimal operational environment of Teleperformance IT systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd‑ and 3rd‑line support for IT systems, infrastructure and cloud technologies.
* Create and maintain documentation, including creation, updates and keeping it current.
* Assist in the migration, consolidation, and/or decommission of legacy systems.
* Help design new solutions based on operational requirements.
* Secure systems to Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS, and ISO27000 standards through audits, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
* Collaborate with IT management to implement improvements.
* Provide professional expertise for Teleperformance systems across business units.
* Work on monitoring and logging platforms such as SolarWinds, ControlUp, Splunk, Chronicle.
* Support hardware across the environment (racking, un‑racking, maintenance).
* Maintain overall AV solutions and anti‑malware tools.
Qualifications
* At least 3–5 years of IT systems team or 3rd‑line infrastructure support experience.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills.
* Organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks and manage own time.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Windows Server 2016+ (configuration, administration, and support).
* Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
* Experience with VMware and Hyper‑V platforms.
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2016+, AD Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, Azure, GPO (desired).
* Knowledge of Exchange, M365, email filtering & web filtering (desired).
* Knowledge of MECM, Tanium, Veeam Backup, overall AV solutions (Trend, Falcon CS), monitoring & DEX platforms such as SolarWinds, ControlUp, Splunk (desired).
* Experience with Linux administration (desired).
* Experience with role‑based access.
* Knowledge of conditional access (desirable).
* Experience with other cloud platforms and other hypervisors (desirable).
* Experience with Windows Terminal Server / RDS (desirable).
* Experience with anti‑malware solutions such as Falcon CS.
* Experience with centralized monitoring and logging such as SolarWinds, Splunk, ControlUp, Chronicle.
* SC clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance is a significant advantage.
* Experience in a call‑centre environment or similar is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and take initiative; we value a can‑do attitude and desire to learn.
