We are currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes, on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours per week.

£13.40 an Hour
Your key responsibilities may include:
* Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
* Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
* Being a responsible key holder
* Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
* Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
* Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
* Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team remains proactive
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Supervisor will:
* Have previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
* Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent Customer Service
* Be a team player with a can-do attitude
* Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
