Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Ammanford and is for an Account Executive Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include generating new leads, managing existing client accounts, and building strong relationships. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales goals to support the company’s expansion in the Washroom Services and Clinical Waste Management sectors. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive growth and retain clients
* Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building to foster and maintain positive client connections
* Experience in providing exemplary Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet sales objectives
* Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
* Familiarity with the washroom services or waste management industry is a plus
