About the Role We re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern: ? 9am 10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm 7am), then 7am 9am the next morning ?? You ll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars You ll be supporting one individual with: Autism Communication difficulties Epilepsy Learning disabilities They re independent in many ways dressing, personal care, eating but need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You ll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way. Activities include: Walks and caf visits Music-filled car journeys Updating their activity board Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.
