This individual will be at leading edge of driving our sales and commercial team to success as we look to significantly grow the company through next 3-5 years This growth is being supported by a robust CAPEX plan enhancing capabilities through optimisation and automation
Main duties of the role include:
1. Achievement of set targets and KPI’s aligned to business strategy and objectives
2. Manage the sales team allowing them to effectively generate business through the conversion of enquiries into order so achieving sales targets.
3. Review the development of key accounts and customer partnerships to allow sales team to maintain focus on key customers
4. Managing team to ensure that they are able to meet department objectives
5. Maintaining a high level of customer service, customer liaison through online, telephone contact and customer visits when applicable
6. Effective development and utilisation of CRM package/ERP System
7. Organisation and completion of induction training, annual job chats, performance management, business skill matrix, return to work interviews, system administration
