Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts and KPIs Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance Preparation of budgets and forecasts Assist in the preparation of business cases for investment decisions and project evaluations. Requirements: Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) preferred Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: At Achieve together, we see this as more than a job, this is the start of your career journey with us.
