Assistant Headteacher

Due to the promotion of our current Assistant Headteacher, the children, staff, and governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic Assistant Headteacher to work in close partnership with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher. This key role will take a lead in promoting all aspects of the Catholic life and mission of our school, ensuring that our school lives out our vision for excellence, inspired and guided by the teachings of Christ.
The successful candidate will be confident and skilled in assessment practises, using data effectively to monitor and enhance pupil progress and outcomes. They will play a pivotal role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development, and ensuring that all children achieve their full potential in a nurturing, faith-centred environment.
