Red offal team leader

Working as part of our existing Slaughterhall team, we require a Red Offal Team Leader who will report to Slaughter Hall Management and be responsible for the processing of Red Offal at Dunbia (Dungannon) Primary and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth. Daily supervision of the red offal production and packaging process, ensuring production targets are met and within timescale; Ensuring that the correct quantities, labelling and temperature check requirements are met; Carrying out yield data analysis in order to maintain and improve standard of yields. Ensure stock levels in store are kept replenished Ensure store room is kept to a good standard Communicate key issues to Slaughter hall management Maintain and promote high standards of quality and food safety; Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
