Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: 15 hours per week | 8:00am – 4:00pm (Thursdays and Fridays) | Term Time Only plus 2 INSET days
We are looking for an experienced and approachable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, dedicated, and professional admin team on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role that includes general office and administrative duties, as well as being the welcoming face of one of our main receptions. You will play a key part in ensuring that all pupils, families, and visitors are greeted warmly and that their entry and exit from the school is safe and efficient.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent communication and literacy skills
Be confident multitasking in a busy environment
Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
Be proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, internet use, and databases
Be friendly, efficient, enthusiastic, and organised
