The Role As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations while also delivering high-quality reporting and insight that informs strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership, manage a small team, and act as a trusted business partner across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage core finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger Lead the month-end and year-end close processes Deliver timely and accurate financial reports with insightful analysis Prepare budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and monthly management accounts Drive improvements in cash flow, working capital and cost control Support the external audit process and ensure ongoing compliance Strengthen financial controls and ensure adherence to internal policies Mentor and develop junior team members Provide strategic input to support key business initiatives Lead ad hoc projects and continuous improvement across the finance function About You ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent) Solid grounding in core finance processes and reporting Proven experience with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting Commercially astute with a proactive, solution-led approach Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment This is a rare opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role within a business where finance has a real seat at the table.
