We’re looking for a Creative Lead who works hands-on and sets a standard. Someone who sees brand as a craft, not a layer of decoration. Someone who can turn product clarity into work that feels original, confident and considered. This role is about creating, not coordinating or managing.
If you’re the person who cares about typography, phrasing, composition, tone, pacing and the effect of a single line or frame, you will find the right environment here. Your work will be visible to founders, operators and teams across the market. And it will be measured by its clarity and impact, not volume.

What you’ll do:
* Shape and create the way Zelt is expressed across digital, social, product and events.
* Create campaigns and assets that reflect our point of view with clarity and precision.
* Translate product thinking into distinct visual and narrative work.
* Experiment with formats that push the brand forward while maintaining consistency.
* Produce written and visual content that communicates Zelt’s voice.
* Create assets for LinkedIn and other channels that build recognition and engagement.
* Work closely with product and sales so the narrative remains consistent.
* Review performance and refine content to keep it sharp and relevant.
* Shape the creative direction of events such as breakfasts, roundtables and industry gatherings.
* Develop experiences that feel intentional and recognisably Zelt.
* Create clear materials that explain product value and positioning.
* Translate product releases into launch communications that feel considered.
* Maintain a point of view that is recognisable and hard to imitate.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience creating brand and content work in a product-led or creative environment.
* Ability to develop concepts and translate them into clear, distinctive output.
* Strong writing ability and an eye for visual detail.
* Confidence working with video, motion or design tools, or collaborating closely with those who do.
* Comfort working directly from idea to finished piece without heavy process or layers of approval.
* You have shipped creative work end-to-end that demonstrates taste, judgment and clarity.
* Hands-on, self-directed and comfortable moving from idea to finished work.
