About the position:
We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Product Manager to own and evolve our custom ClearView Retail solutions. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams: including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Customer Success, to define and deliver impactful solutions that address real-world retail challenges.
As a key member of the Retail Enterprise team, you'll drive product strategy for our custom solutions.
What you'll work on:
* Defining product strategy by gathering and prioritising customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives
* Translating customer needs into detailed features, user stories, and technical specifications
* Working with internal stakeholders to ensure end project deliverables meet requirements
* Designing new features with a focus on usability and measurable value
* Creating relevant documentation
* Standardising existing custom solutions that have been implemented across multiple clients
* Facilitating data discovery sessions with clients
* Continuously assessing performance of our Retail Enterprise solutions and incorporating feedback to inform future development

* Proven experience in product management or related role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large and complex datasets

* Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients at all organisational levels including executives
* Experience working in an agile environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
