The Role of Guest Service Manager The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for the daily operation and team whilst on shift and ensure a warm welcome for all guests. The Guest Service Manager will lead the team daily to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role. The role of Guest Service Manager will report to the Assistant Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in Hotel Guest Service’s - Front of House and Food & Beverage. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in guest service management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems. Demonstrable ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
