This growing, successful media agency with an evolving, exciting client base pride themselves on delivering the highest level of service by delivering cutting-edge, effective advertising campaigns across all media channels with an emphasis on digital. As a result of growth they have a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior AM or AD to join one of their client teams. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a close knit team, overseeing strategy, planning and buying of client's media campaigns.
The role:
* You will be leading on the day to day running of your client's business, planning and buying across all media channels
* The successful candidate will also be expected to immerse themselves in a client’s business and sector and confidently consult across different areas such as media, ad copy / creative, tracking and attribution.
* As a growing agency the AD will also play a key role in the development of the wider team by ensuring that AMs and AEs are getting the relevant training, exposure and support, being prepared to get stuck in with the day to day where it’s needed.
Experience and skills required:
Candidates must be conversant in paid digital media channels including Paid Social, and be able to demonstrate several years working in media agency planning/buying including activation, implementation, strategic planning, measurement and evaluation and client account management. In addition to:
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* A positive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Confident, approachable, and willing to build strong client relationships
Systems/software skills required:
* MS Excel to an advanced level
* MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Google Ads and/or Bing Ads and/or Paid Social platforms including Facebook Business Manager and Twitter for Business
* Website tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
* Ad management and ad serving tools
