Temporary Administrator role - Charitable sector
Hays Business Support is proud to be working with a charity in Scarborough that is seeking an Administrator to provide support for the team for approximately 12 weeks. This role is being offered as a part-time position for 30 hours per week, with flexible days and times to suit you. You will be working between Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the phone, assisting with paperwork, and covering the reception area. You will help to prepare reports and assist the team with general administration. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the charity runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to juggle different demands. This job would suit someone who is empathetic and caring, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
