Alfred Minto House is a respected specialist residential service dedicated to supporting ten men facing mental health challenges and forensic histories. Our mission is to empower individuals to continue their recovery journey within a nurturing community setting.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will be at the forefront of transforming lives through person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group activities.
* Creating tailored support and risk management plans for each individual.
* Facilitating effective discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
* Empowering individuals to develop new skills and coping strategies, fostering independence and positive change.
You will work 37 hours per week, following a shift pattern that includes sleep-ins and weekends. Enjoy the flexibility of having one weekend on and one weekend off, with rotas planned at least two months in advance!
