IT Account Manager – London (Hybrid, 4 days in-office)
Our client is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Central London. They deliver tailored IT support and project consultancy that help businesses increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and boost performance. They're looking for a motivated IT Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in IT sales and account management within an MSP environment, to take ownership of a client portfolio and drive new business growth. They are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and have an Investors in Gold accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing client accounts within the MSP environment
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
* Build long-term client relationships and act as the main point of contact
* Generate new business through proactive development and networking
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Produce client IT roadmaps and consistently achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
* Experience in an MSP, IT reseller, or technology services company
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive, results-driven mindset
