Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with Roofing skills to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Bromley, Mottingham, Chislehurst and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of the trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
* Experience as a Multi Trade Operative with Roofing skills.
* You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

* You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Location: Bromley, Mottingham, Chislehurst
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £36,000 - £41,000
* London Weighting Allowance: £125 monthly (non-contractual)
* Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime
