Providing person‑centred support that promotes choice, independence, dignity, and safety. Assisting individuals with daily living tasks where required. Supporting people to build relationships, life skills, confidence, and community participation. Working as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high‑quality short break experiences. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans in line with Lancashire County Council policies. Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
