Role Overview: You will lead the successful delivery of all aspects of FM services, reactive, planned, and grounds maintenance, ensuring performance aligns with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continual improvement. Key Responsibilities: Implement operational strategy across the DSTL contract Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs Lead on statutory compliance and risk mitigation across all assets Deliver capital projects aligned with client needs Champion health and safety with a focus on Zero Harm Drive financial performance and ensure contract delivery within budget Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders Oversee procurement and supplier engagement Create a positive, inclusive work culture within your team Ensure consistency with organisational systems, policies, and best practices Requirements: Degree or equivalent professional qualification Proven experience in a senior operational or contract management role Strong commercial acumen and financial oversight skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and present performance data Must be a UK national and able to obtain SC Clearance Willingness to travel across UK sites as required What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £80,000 – £95,000 Up to 20% bonus Company car or car allowance 6% employer-matched pension Private medical cover (self and partner) Life assurance (3x salary) 25 days annual leave This is a client-facing role with high visibility, perfect for someone seeking to make a strategic impact on a critical national contract.
