What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a committed team helping adults with:
* Learning disabilities
* Mental health needs
* Autism
* Epilepsy
* Physical disabilities
* Challenging behaviour
Your day may involve:
* Supporting with personal care and administering medication
* Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
* Budgeting and financial planning
* Providing social support and enabling community participation
* Attending team meetings and maintaining accurate records
* Encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life
You’ll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings (from 7:30am), evenings (until 10pm), weekends, and public holidays. Sleepovers and waking night shifts may also be required. Every second weekend off.

Previous experience is a bonus, especially in supporting adults with challenging behaviours, but full training will be provided.
