Job Description
1. Producing CAD drawings as a Junior CAD Technician for rail and infrastructure projects delivered from the Croydon office.
2. Supporting engineers and senior technicians with technical drawings and design layouts for rail projects across London and the South East.
3. Updating and maintaining CAD models and drawings in line with project requirements within the Croydon engineering team.
4. Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawing packages for infrastructure projects across Greater London.
5. Developing technical skills and CAD capability within the Croydon-based consultancy while contributing to ongoing rail engineering projects.
Skills / Qualifications
6. 1–3 Years CAD Experience working as a CAD Technician or Junior CAD Technician within an engineering or infrastructure environment in London or the UK.
7. AutoCAD Proficiency producing technical drawings for engineering or infrastructure projects within consultancies or design teams.
8. Rail or Infrastructure Project Exposure desirable for those looking to develop within the rail sector in Croydon or Greater London.
9. Engineering or Design Qualification such as a relevant college course, HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering or CAD design.
10. Strong Attention to Detail & Willingness to Learn within a Junior CAD Technician role in Croydon.
