Title: Senior Platform Engineer
Salary: Up to 85,000 D.O.E Plus bonus!
Location: Bristol (2-3 days on site)
iO Associates is exclusively working with a highly innovative tech-driven organisation building next-generation, real-world products, and they're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help scale and secure their cloud platform.
What You'll Do
* Build and automate Azure-based infrastructure
* Own platform reliability, security, and performance
* Support a hybrid environment (Azure + on-prem)
* Drive IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, and scripting
* Lead on backup, DR, and resilience strategies
* Improve monitoring and observability
What You'll Bring
* Strong Azure infrastructure experience
* Proven automation-first mindset
* Experience with security, compliance, DR/BCP
* Background in scalable, production environments
Tech
* Azure (VMs, AKS, storage, databases)
* Terraform, Azure DevOps
* PowerShell / Python / Bash
* Linux, Active Directory
* Grafana / Prometheus / Datadog
