What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex.
* Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
* Working across pre-contract and post-contract phases.
* Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision-making.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.
Qualifications
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
* Consultant level experience in quantity surveying, especially highways.
* Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract estimating.
* Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience). This is not a pure contractor side role.
* Understanding of cost intelligence / data-driven cost management.
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, question, and grow.
* South East based – Essex or National Highways Schemes.
