They are now seeking an experienced and adaptable Electrical Test Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical assembly/wiring work while also contributing to cutting-edge testing and product development within a modern laboratory environment. As a Test Technician, you will play a key part in supporting the engineering and R&D teams by: Building and assembling prototypes to support new product development Constructing bespoke test equipment used to validate performance, functionality, and long-term reliability Carrying out testing activities, which may include working with robotic systems in both laboratory and specialised test facilities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring testing processes and assembly methods evolve with the business Collaborating with engineers and technicians, providing feedback and contributing to problem-solving activities This role offers a unique blend of practical electrical work and technical testing—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a development-focused environment.
