We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our client based in Coventry. The role involves managing risk activities and improving processes. This is a full time, perm role.
£30-35k
The Role:
1. Oversee risk and compliance activities across the business
2. Review and update company policies and procedures
3. Identify potential risks and put controls in place
4. Carry out file reviews and report findings
5. Support staff training on compliance topics
6. Assist with handling complaints and compliance queries
The Candidate:
7. Previous experience in a similar compliance role
8. Good understanding of regulatory requirements
9. Good IT skills
10. Strong attention to detail
