Job Role:
This role is based within the county of Hertfordshire. Community Nurses are expected to support the team with daily duties and report to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Degree in nursing and at least 1 year of community nursing experience.
* Ability to manage a client caseload responsibly with support and guidance.
* Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure confidentiality.
* Adhere to NMC registration requirements and Code of Conduct.
* Provide professional nursing assessments to support care planning.
* Perform clinical procedures appropriate to client care and stay clinically competent.
* Coordinate and evaluate care plans, working directly with clients as needed.
* Work in a busy, fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with staff and patients.
* Display a friendly, caring attitude, respecting those needing healthcare support.
Previous nursing experience and qualifications are essential.
