Job Description Customer Experience Agent (B2B) Location - Northampton Salary - Up to £32,000 Hours - Monday–Friday | Office-based Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and professional Customer Experience Agent to join their team. You’ll be helping our UK business customers day-to-day, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
