This is a hybrid role based in Somerset, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. What you'll be doing -Taking full 360 ownership of recruitment across all business functions and regions -Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions -Managing the ATS -Leading subcontractor and agency relationships -Direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter -Supporting both permanent and contract recruitment, including IR35 knowledge What we're looking for -Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition -Proven track record in recruiting technical or engineering roles -Strong stakeholder management and communication skills -Familiarity with ATS platforms -Confidently managing contractor recruitment and agency relationships The benefits on offer are attractive and include a health cash plan, 5% company pension contribution, life assurance, enhanced maternity and paternity pay and plenty of training and development opportunities.
